Midlands Marquee Hire is a family-run business providing structured, reliable event solutions across the West Midlands and surrounding areas. We regularly deliver installations in Birmingham, Tamworth, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Lichfield and beyond.

Reece and Rachael lead the business and oversee every installation. With more than a decade of experience in the events industry, including work through our sister company Midlands Entertainment UK, they understand how event spaces need to function in practice - not just how they look.

Our focus is on supplying dependable Marquees, practical layouts, and supporting services that help events run smoothly. This includes Furniture for structured seating plans, Wedding Marquee Hire for formal receptions, and additional items such as Giant Love Letter Hire and LED Number Hire for milestone celebrations.

Every booking is planned with attention to access, surface type, guest numbers and practical setup requirements. Whether it is a garden celebration, corporate function or venue extension, the same approach is applied - assess the site properly, plan the layout clearly, and install safely.

Reece manages operations, logistics and installation planning. This includes coordinating marquee sizes such as the 6m x 10m Gala Tent and 6m x 12m Gala Tent, ensuring the correct equipment is allocated for each event.

Rachael oversees customer communication and event coordination, working closely with clients to confirm guest numbers, layout preferences and delivery arrangements. Together, they ensure that installations across the Midlands are completed safely, on time and in line with agreed plans.
