There is a considerable difference between knowing your event date and knowing exactly where every chair will go. Fortunately, you do not need to have designed the finished marquee before making an early enquiry.
If you already know the date, approximate number of people, location and type of celebration, that gives us useful information to begin discussing your Marquees requirements. As plans develop, confirmed bookings can potentially be adjusted subject to availability, so contacting us early does not mean you need to predict every detail months in advance.
2027 Weddings Are an Obvious Place to Start Early
Wedding planning tends to create its own chain reaction. Once the date is fixed, decisions about the reception, suppliers, guest numbers and timings begin connecting to one another. If a marquee is going to form a significant part of the reception, it makes sense to include it in those earlier conversations.

Think About the Site While You Have Time
Early planning also gives you the luxury of looking properly at the proposed installation area. Measure the usable ground rather than estimating it from the kitchen window. Consider permanent obstacles, access and whether the marquee will be positioned on grass or a hard surface.
If the installation will be on suitable hard standing, tell us when booking so the necessary weights can be allowed for. Grass should be reasonably level and the installation area needs to be cleared before setup. Summer 2027 Deserves Particular Attention
We recommend booking as early as possible for peak event periods. If you already know you are planning a 2027 summer wedding, garden party or large celebration, there is little advantage in deliberately waiting for the calendar to catch up with you.
An early booking helps secure your chosen date and preferred equipment while availability is stronger. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking to secure the marquee and equipment for the selected date.

Marquee season does not suddenly end when September disappears from the calendar. Spring celebrations, autumn birthdays and cooler-weather events can all create reasons to use covered outdoor space.
